Cancellation
If you cancel the order before the product is shipped, we will provide a full refund to you within 48 hours; If you cancel the order after it has been shipped, we will either request the courier company to intercept the goods; or you refuse to sign for the goods upon receipt, we will provide a full refund to you within 48 hours of receiving them.
Returns policy
We hope you're delighted with your order. We understand that sometimes you would like a refund. As long as an item fits the requirements in this policy, we accept the return and give a refund in US dollars.
Conditions of Return
If the order has already been delivered, a return must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery. You need to provide the original receipt and pay a refund service fee of $20.
- All products, packages, and materials must be intact.
- If it's a machine, it must have lasered less than 50 times.
- Materials purchased separately can't be returned.
Replacement PolicyNormally, our replacement policy starts when you receive the goods and ends three months after receipt.
Replacement terms
1.Within 15 days of receipt of the purchased product: You can request a replacement product,we bear the shipping cost.
2.More than 15 days of receipt of the purchased product: You can choose a warranty service or a paid replacement product.
3.Between 15 days and 30 days of receipt: you will need to pay us 15% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs.
4.Between 30 days and 3 months of receipt: you will need to pay us 40% service fee and be responsible for return shipping costs.Note: The percentage of service fees mentioned above is based on the total price of goods. If you require a replacement machine that costs more than you paid for, you'll have to pay the difference.
Non-replaceable situation
- The product has been received for more than 3 months.
- The product was not purchased through this website.
- The product returned to us does not include all original accessories, attachments, packaging, or items that were damaged due to improper use.
- The product is found to be free of defects after all appropriate tests.
- Failure or damage is caused by improper use, maintenance, or storage.
